Get a 60 min personal coaching

  1. Register and receive your registration link;
  2. Complete:
    • Two psychometric instruments:
      1. Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (20 minutes to complete) which will help you better understand: your decision making style, your organizational needs and those of others;
      2. Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (15 minutes to complete) which will help you better understand your communication and conflict management styles and those of others.
    • The Feedback and recognition exercise
    • The Personal leadership story exercise
  1. Receive your psychometric reports, reflect on both exercises and schedule a 60 minutes personal coaching session via videoconference with Francois Heon to fully integrate.
