François has worked with several clients in many industries facilitating leadership development programs for individuals and groups.
Through his workshops, seminars and conferences, François focus is on empowering each individual and group in the development of their own unique capacity to lead.
With a team of international co-editors, he has recently published in 2014 a book of Mary Parker Follett’s writings on leadership and democracy titled Mary Parker Follett: Ideas We Need Today. And he recently published the French and Arabic translations with original English quotes.
He has also published his own 25-year synthesis of leadership, at the crossroads of management, psychology and philosophy: The Yin and Yang of Leadership: A Theoretical and Practical Guide to Democratic Leading. Both books are intended to be reader-friendly guides to leadership development for all.
